Terms of use

The service

ISA Lens lets you enter and save investments, calculate portfolio composition, ask plain-English questions and, where available, buy a deeper Portfolio X-Ray. It does not connect to a broker, hold client money, place trades or manage an ISA. The free and paid features shown on the product and pricing pages form part of these terms.

No personal financial advice

ISA Lens provides general educational information and portfolio calculations. It does not assess your objectives, financial position, tax circumstances, capacity for loss or risk tolerance. It does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, subscribe to, switch or avoid an investment. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek appropriately authorised advice where you need a personal recommendation.

Data accuracy and generated explanations

Fund holdings, prices, fees, sectors, countries and eligibility can change. ISA Lens labels unsupported or incomplete coverage and should not present missing fund data as exact. Check material information against a current issuer factsheet, your investment platform and official tax guidance before relying on it.

Generated wording can be incomplete or mistaken. It may explain ISA Lens calculations or help locate a source, but it is not the source of portfolio maths, prices, fees or holdings. A generated answer does not turn the service into personal financial advice.

Your account

Use accurate account details, keep your password private and tell us at hello@swiftlabs.dev if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete the account and saved portfolio from the account panel. Deleting an account removes access to content tied to that account; transaction records can still be retained where the law requires it.

Paid Portfolio X-Ray

The Portfolio X-Ray is a one-off digital report at the price displayed before checkout. Payment uses secure hosted checkout and paid access is granted only after server-side payment confirmation. The report does not promise performance, returns, income, suitability, tax treatment or future data coverage.

If you ask for the digital report to begin immediately, checkout asks for your express consent and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right may end once the digital content has been supplied in full. This does not affect remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unavailable digital content. Contact hello@swiftlabs.dev with a purchase problem or refund request.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Ownership

You retain rights in information you enter. SwiftLabs and its licensors retain rights in ISA Lens, its software, design, calculations, content and licensed data. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and reports for your own lawful purposes while these terms apply.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or suspend features to protect users, improve accuracy, comply with law or respond to supplier changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every security can be analysed. We will not take payment for a report that the product's quality checks have paused.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information you enter, independent investment decisions, events outside our reasonable control or uses of the service that these terms do not permit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending use

You can stop using ISA Lens or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or close an account that materially breaches these terms, threatens the service or must be closed for legal reasons. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give notice.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live. Please email hello@swiftlabs.dev first so we can try to resolve a concern.
